Your order is processed immediately and will normally ship within 1-2 business days.  All orders with shipping addresses within the continental United States qualify for FREE SHIPPING and are shipped Fedex or UPS ground.  Ground shipping can take from 4-7 days to arrive at your destination.  There are no additional handling charges or processing fees.

If you require faster shipping times, you can choose the appropriate method at checkout and the additional shipping charge will automatically be calculated.

Shipping days as calculated by Fedex, UPS or the USPS are business days.  Shipping days do not include the day that the package was shipped.  Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.  If an order is placed on Monday, it will be shipped on Tuesday or Wednesday.  2nd day Air means that the package will be delivered 2 days after the day it was shipped.   Weekends and holidays do not count as a shipping day.  If you absolutely need an order the next day, please call us to see if we can arrange shipment on the same day.

International orders and orders from Hawaii and Alaska will be shipped using actual shipping charges.  It usually takes from 8-12 business days for an international shipment to arrive.

If you are not happy with our product you can return it for a refund.  Some products will incur a 15% restocking fee.  Please note the following return instructions.
