Your order is processed immediately and will normally ship within 1-2 business days.  All orders with shipping addresses within the continental United States qualify for FREE SHIPPING and are shipped Fedex or UPS ground.  Ground shipping can take from 2-5 days to arrive at your destination.  There are no additional handling charges or processing fees.

If you require faster shipping times, you can choose the appropriate method at checkout and the additional shipping charge will automatically be calculated.

International orders and orders from Hawaii and Alaska will be shipped using actual shipping charges.  It usually takes from 6-10 business days for an international shipment to arrive.

If you are not happy with our product you can return it for a refund.  Some products will incur a 15% restocking fee.  Please note the following return instructions.

Our shipping costs will not be refunded. If your product was shipped with free shipping, we will refund you your purchase price minus our shipping costs which can range from $8.00-$12.00. If you paid for shipping, we will refund you the full purchase price of the product.
